Falling asleep, staying asleep and the quality of our sleep can be thought of as habits that are a result of what we do around repeatedly. People that struggle with sleep, including those that require medication for it, have often developed unhelpful habits around sleep.
This interactive workshop presentation, based on Dr David Morawetz's highly successful treatment program 'Sleep Better Without Drugs', is about exploring your unique circumstances and devising approaches that will result in better quality sleep long-term. Private consultation can also be arranged.
